These Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”) reflect our general administration policies and human resource practices. It serves to improve productivity by improving efficiency, maintaining consistency and projecting us professionally.

We exist for our clients and so too must our operational and administrative workflow. Our clients’ perception of us is in part driven by their experiences with us. Therefore, these SOPs are developed to provide the information necessary for the administering of client related work while keeping our internal workflow consistent.

These procedures and polices are not exhaustive. Unique situations may occur from time to time and in these situations, the management of the company will work to enhance our policies to address them.
